For therapists

A simple monitoring dashboard, for therapists who want data, not guesses.

A therapist account gives you a FREE access to a dedicated dashboard, separate from the public app, with your assigned patients and their progress over time.

Patient monitoring

  • A list of assigned patients, with aggregate statistics for each.
  • Visual alert for anxiety scores >80 in the last 24h.
  • Direct access to a SYNQ session started "as if you were the patient", for context.

Data interpretation

  • Overall trend — the anxiety line should decrease over time (weeks 1–8).
  • Variability — normal daily oscillations, but the weekly average should decrease.
  • Sync score — indicates how "receptive" the nervous system is; a score <30 suggests resistance or interfering external factors.

Integrating into therapy

  • Weekly: review the progress chart together with the patient.
  • Homework: assign 2 sessions/day between appointments.
  • If the trend doesn't improve within 4 weeks, reconsider the treatment plan.
  • In crisis: the Anxiety Reset feature, as a quick intervention between sessions.

Data export

CSV — for statistical analysis.

PDF — for medical documentation or insurance reports.

You can export all of a patient's sessions, or just a selected date range.

A therapist account requires a specialty and accreditation number — see the sign-up form.

SYNQ is a wellness application that supports, NOT replaces, therapeutic care. The "Anxiety Reset" feature is a first-line intervention, NOT a substitute for clinical evaluation — patients with persistently high scores should be referred for specialist evaluation.
